CERT ( COMMUNITY EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM ) is a positive and realistic approach to emergency and disaster situations where citizens may initially be on their own and their actions can make a difference. Amateur radio uses it’s practiced skills by providing communications and assistance to C.E.R.T. and WV READY events.
